3. SMS Text Message Communications

How to Stop (Opt-Out)

• Flip Transportation 1 Inc is not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Liability for cargo loss or damage, where applicable, is subject to the terms of the individual carrier's tariff and applicable federal law
• In no event shall Flip Transportation 1 Inc's total liability exceed the value of the freight as declared at the time of shipment

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as agreed upon in individual service quotes or contracts. Flip Transportation 1 Inc (DBA Flip) reserves the right to require advance payment for new customers or large shipments. Overdue accounts may be subject to late fees and suspension of service.

8. Website Use

The website of Flip Transportation 1 Inc (DBA Flip) is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use any automated means to scrape or harvest information.
